Victor Huglin Carpets is a family run company, started by Victor's father David all the way back in 1923. From humble beginnings the firm has gone from strength to strength and now provides flooring solutions across a wide range of commercial and residential projects, including housebuilding, student accommodation blocks, casinos, hotels and large retail buildings.
